We offer a tremendous selection of inventory, and many items move very quickly. Using sophisticated inventory stocking technology, rarely are we out of stock on any item for any length of time. However, there are occasions that we may not have a desired part in stock at the time you place your order.
If an item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on back order. Usually, items placed on back order are back in stock within 10 days or less. Our back order tracking system will automatically process any items that you are due the moment they become available. If you do not wish to have any out of stock items placed on back order, please notify your sales representative at the time you place your order.
Back order items normally take just a few days to receive, however, if an item remains on back order for more than 30 days, we will notify you when the part arrives at our warehouse, and you will have the option of canceling the back order items or reordering such items.
If an item is placed on back order and you find that you no longer need that item, please notify us as quickly as possible to avoid any unnecessary shipping charges. Items placed on back order cannot be cancelled once we have shipped the items to you. You will be charged for refused shipments. Please see information about shipping here.
